"We'll see you later Bea." Julian said with a grin as he and Karmen headed to a seperate direction from his twin. Their schedules were alike, but not exactly. Only two classes were different. So while Julian and Karmen headed to the same direction but different classrooms, Bea was left to go down the hallway...alone in the world. However when she saw Jess going towards a classroom Bea quickly caught up to her. "Hiya Jess." "Hey, Bea," she said, eyes narrowed slightly as she scanned the space behind her friend looking for Bea's twin. She let out her breath sharply, eyes flicking down. "So Julian's not in the same class?" You idiot, asking about him!Two spots of red appeared on her cheeks, and she fidgeted with the pencil in her hand, dropping it to the ground. It rolled in front of Bea, and Jess sighed. "Sorry. Could you pick that up?"

"No worries." Bea smiled as she crouched down to pick up the pencil. A small frown appeared on her face, but when the girl turned to Jess to give her pencil back, she smiled. Bea wasn't completely oblivious to the fact that Jess acting weird, including the fact that her gut feeling told her this had something to do with her twin. Knowing that made her heart clench once more, making Bea even tenser.
Handing the pen to her friend, she replied to her first question "Yeah, I think he has Science next or something...can't remember." she replied, her tongue sticking out in a playful manner.

The teacher paced up and down the rows of desks, making it impossible for Jess to reply. "Vitamins and Minerals. We'll start with fat-soluble vitamins. Can anyone tell me one fat-soluble vitamin... Miss Alejo?"
Not C, not C, not B, not B, Jess thought frantically, trying to fight through the cloudiness of her head that morning. All she knew was that Vitamin C and all the B vitamins were called water-soluble, which made them not fat-soluble... "Uh.... D?"
Teacher stared at her contemptedly and then sighed. "Yes. Vitamin D. The sunshine vitamin. Thank you for your enlightening lucky guess, Miss Alejo." Moving on, she went to torture some other poor student as Jess breathed out a sigh of relief. Then she remembered that she had just given an extremely obvious clue to her best friend, and that made her fidget again. Me and my obsessiveness, Jess thought dryly, copying a few notes.
OOC: lol, didn't know what to make her do

Bea snickered silently at her best friend's 'luck'. But seeing the bothered look on Jess' face made Bea's eyebrows furrow once again. She looked towards the teacher to see if she was looking, but thankfully she was writing something down on the bored.
Poking Jess' shoulder with her pencil, Bea asked "Is there something up?"

"Yeah, the sky," she said, almost letting a laugh escape her. The teacher slapped her ruler down on someone's desk, making the whole sleepy class jump. "Well actually... yeah, I guess. It's.... crush trouble." A plan started to materialize in her head--she could make up someone and tell Bea about her 'crush' without her friend finding out about Julian! Perfect! Jess was a bit too dazed to think clearly and so she didn't realize how bad lying to her friend would be.

Bea jumped as the teacher's ruler crashed down on another poor student's desk. "That woman seriously has to sto--wait a minutes, did you just say 'crush trouble'?" she asked, her mouth gaping slightly "A new student for a lot less than a week and already you have someone you 'like like'? Jess, I never would've believed it." the hazel eyed girl joked, her hand on top of her chest in mock (yet true) shock. "Tell me the details would you?" Bea asked with a sly smirk

She groped for an answer in her mind, knowing Bea would probably know everyone here. "Well... you know what, I'm not even sure if he's from Briarstone," she said. Well, that certainly is true. I don't know where the Ramirez's came from, anyway. "I've only talked to him a few times, and all in public places that a person from somewhere else could have been visiting." See? I know how to lie without lying...
